RMTL serves as the primary training laboratory for the Bridges to the Baccalaureate Program at MESA College. Bridges is a science education program designed to support the success of community college students from underrepresented groups affected by health disparities, who plan to transfer and earn a bachelor's degree in biomedical, behavioral or related sciences. UCSD Undergraduate students are able to gain independent study credit for research projects supported in the RMTL.
